How to use:
- Light your sweetgrass braid! The sweetgrass braid should be smoking. If there is a flame, gently blow it out.
- Start your smudge session at the point furthest from your entry door to your space.
- Keep your sweetgrass braid moving! You want to be sure to release the smoke in all corners of your space. You may need to relight or gently blow on your sweetgrass braid to keep it lit.
- There may be ashes. Use an abalone shell or upcycled candle jar to collect the ashes as you smudge.
- Continue until you reach the entry door to your space.
