Return & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Lax & Lux Candles purchase, contact us via email (email@example.com) within 15 days from the date of original purchase and we will be more than happy to assist. Please include your order number.
Returns & Refunds
To initiate a return, you must make the request by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days from the date of original purchase. Please do not return purchases without first requesting a return.
To be considered for a return, the product(s) must meet the following criteria:
- Purchased within the past 15 days at regular price
- Product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- Product must not be damaged or altered
If products do not meet the above criteria, then they will not be considered for a return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Again, products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All costs for return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. You are also responsible for any product loss or damage during the return shipping process.
Once we receive the product(s) and they meet the criteria above, a refund will be processed to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded, only the costs of the product(s).
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please note that Lax & Lux Candles reserves the right to refuse a refund.
Sale items will not be considered for a refund. Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have specific questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, according to the above outlined process, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Price Matching & Price Adjustments
We do not price match or adjust prices for items that may go on sale after your order is placed. If you cancel an order, then place another order for the same/similar items in an attempt to re-purchase at the sale price, both orders will be cancelled and you will be refunded your total minus a $10 processing fee.
If your products arrive to you damaged, contact us via email (email@example.com) within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will be more than happy to assist. Please include clear photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging to further assist us with processing your claim.
